Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dart-Controls 530BC-5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Data-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Data-Translation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dci such as the 2x3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D42273 manufactured by Data-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Data-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 75544 by Manufacturer Data-Translation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Datametrics Brand EXDM20005LDCPF1010X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cc-Motor such as 82SYX200A equipment made by Cc-Motor have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 3P652B made by Dayton as well as the popular 4030SERIES original spares produced by Daytronic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M032025BANU1 by David-Brown and 82SYX200A spares by Cc-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10A40HW41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Daytronic.
